The first intra-college pedagogical hackathon titled **”PROJECT. TEAM. RESULT”**, aimed at enhancing teachers’ professional competencies, was held at the M. Tynyshpayev Astana ALT Transport College.
College instructors, vocational training masters, and young educators took part in the hackathon. Working in teams, participants developed projects focused on addressing current challenges in the educational process. Each team was assigned mentors who provided guidance, shared their expertise, and offered practical support in refining the projects.
The participants’ work was evaluated by a panel of judges consisting of experienced professionals from the fields of education and the railway industry. The experts paid special attention to the relevance, innovation, practical value, and feasibility of the proposed projects.
