On January 20, 2026, the Municipal State Public Enterprise “Methodological Center” of the Astana City Akimat organized a seminar-practicum for teachers of technical and vocational education organizations on the topic
“Effective Organization of Educational and Methodological Work of Teachers in Technical and Vocational Education Institutions.”
The purpose of the seminar was to provide methodological support to TVET teachers, enhance their professional competencies, and facilitate the exchange of experience in line with modern educational requirements.
During the event, participants discussed issues related to professional growth motivation, evaluation of teachers’ authorial educational materials, key stages of certification, planning of modern lessons, assessment of learning outcomes, and digital transformation of the teaching process.
The seminar was conducted by methodologists of the TVET department of the Methodological Center, who presented practical case studies and specific recommendations. An open discussion and feedback session were organized, during which important proposals aimed at teachers’ professional development were voiced.
