Representatives of АО НК «ҚазАвтоЖол» — Chief of Staff Azhar Temirzhanovna Amanzholova and Leading Manager of the Department of Personnel Management and Organizational Work Dina Urazgaliyevna Makhmetova — paid a working visit to the college.
During the visit, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation, creating comfortable conditions for students, organizing industrial internships, staff retraining, and graduate employment.
Special attention was given to equipping the special disciplines classroom with modern equipment to strengthen practice-oriented training.
The issue of launching a new specialty, “Construction of Highways and Airfields,” was also considered. In particular, discussions focused on providing modern tools and equipment for practical training, as well as branding classrooms and laboratories in the corporate style of «ҚазАвтоЖол».
These initiatives will help bring the educational process closer to real production conditions and ensure that students acquire practical skills demanded by the labor market.
