On January 28, 2026, a city seminar was held at the ALT Astana Transport College named after M. Tynyshpaev, aimed at explaining the constitutional reforms being implemented in the country and promoting the values of “Law and Order” within the framework of the “Adal Azamat” Unified Educational Program.
The purpose of the seminar was to strengthen the ideology of law and order in society, develop students’ legal culture, and raise awareness of personal safety issues.
The seminar was attended by:
- Didar Dulatuly Baitasov, Head of the Educational and Methodological Center for Supplementary Education for Children under the Astana City Akimat;
- Eskanat Esboluly Sagynbay, Senior Inspector for Offense Prevention of the Administrative Police Unit of the Astana Station Transport Police Department, Senior Police Lieutenant;
- Shugyla Amankyzy Mautbekova, Juvenile Police District Inspector of the Saryarka District Police Department, Police Lieutenant;
- representatives of the college administration and methodologists of the center.
During the seminar, issues related to juvenile personal safety, prevention of offenses, and the development of a culture of safety among students were widely discussed. It was emphasized that not only knowing the law, but also respecting it and maintaining discipline is the civic duty of every citizen.
The values of Law and Order form a solid foundation for educating honest, responsible and socially conscious future professionals within technical and vocational education institutions.
