At the college, with the support of the Methodological Office, a seminar for teachers entitled “Methodological Approaches to Organizing Extracurricular Activities” was held.
During the seminar, within the framework of the “Adal Azamat” Unified Educational Program, participants discussed effective ways to organize students’ leisure time and systematically implement key areas of educational work. Teachers were introduced to practical methods for planning and conducting extracurricular activities, supported by real-life examples.
At the end of the seminar, a psychological training session aimed at promoting teachers’ well-being was conducted. The training provided an opportunity for participants to relax, openly share their thoughts and emotions, exchange professional experiences, and gain useful insights applicable to everyday teaching practice.
The seminar contributed to teachers’ professional development, improvement of the quality of educational activities, and strengthening of a positive psychological climate within the college.
